Legal Resource Center
The Legal Resource Center is located on the 4th floor of the Marion County Courthouse in room C045 (left from the elevator lobby). The Center offers legal information, access to court approved forms, and a connection to resources for those who have decided to represent themselves in court. The Center is staffed by 3 full-time Court Navigators who are non-attorneys. Advice will not be offered.

      If your family disagrees about the custody and visitation arrangements made for your children, the Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau can help. The court agency interviews family members and reviews their files. Then, the agency prepares a report and submits it to the court. The report includes recommendations about custody and parenting time that would best serve the child and the family. For the service, the Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau charges a sliding scale fee based on income. You can find additional legal resources below:
